Back in old Blighty

After an easy crossing from Santander we arrived in Plymouth and stayed in an apartment in Royal William Yard the old Royal Navy dockyard.

Lovely English summer weather, wet windy with sunshine. Very tasty fish and chips and great Cornish pasties. Getting the suspension on the bike looked at very soon!

Bilbo to Santander

These were our final two Spanish destinations before embarking on our ferry journey back to Plymouth, UK.  

The Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao was striking!

Pamplona

Pamplona was so much bigger than we expected but if you visit during the running of the bulls festival, we are told it is filled to capacity. Pics below show an amazing sculpture of the bull running, the ornate Town Hall, Ernest Hemingway in his local and of course, you have to take a shot of the bull ring, even out of season.
