Warm Umbria

Can't believe the difference two weeks makes.  We have sun and blue skies and warmer temperatures, a nice change.

Our pics show local Perugians enjoying the sun on the steps of the Duomo and enjoying the Saturday markets;  the magnificent Bridge of the Towers (Ponte delle Torri) in Spoleto.  It was built by the Romans and is 90 metres high and I was brave enough to walk on it!

Cool Umbria

Have been in Perugia now for 2 and a bit weeks and the snow has definitely arrived!  

We have visited neighboring villages of Assisi and Gubbio which are beautiful.  I even got to have a shoe shop to myself in Assisi while the owner went looking for styles!  

We are snowed in this morning so definitely more snow pics to come!
